Project Overview

North Crescent Residences is currently in active design development with a phased implementation strategy. The first phase establishes core infrastructure, podium functions, and public realm anchors that support subsequent vertical buildout.

Current Focus Areas

Finalizing structural and MEP coordination for phase-one permitting
Refining retail and community interface along the primary frontage
Validating phasing logic to maintain site safety and uninterrupted access

Delivery Approach

The project team is using milestone-based design packages so procurement and approvals can run in parallel. This improves schedule reliability while allowing controlled design evolution through each stage.
